Thyme

The Driver is fairly confident that he doesn't like thyme. He had suspected it all along, but recent events have served to confirm The Driver's position on the savory herb.

In the last few weeks, Mrs. Driver had carefully prepared three separate dishes -- each of which featured thyme as a key ingredient. Through no fault at all of Mrs. Driver, all were deemed failures -- and in the case of two of the recipes, thyme was determined to be the culprit.

The third dish just took too long to prepare. So in that instance, it was a matter of too much time -- not thyme.

The Driver's dislike for thyme cannot be characterized as "hatred." He wishes thyme no harm. He simply plans to avoid foods that include it. The Driver does not expect this to be a problem.
